Her name is Noelani Nicole Perez. I suggest you remember that, she's going to be famous one day. She's 13 years old, and stands at a tiny height of 4'11''. She's not skinny, like all those other teenage girls who are starving themselves just because they want to fit in that size 0 bathing suit. She's not fat though, but she should be.
