Her name is Noelani Nicole Perez. I suggest you remember that, she's going to be famous one day. She's 13 years old, and stands at a tiny height of 4'11''. She's not skinny, like all those other teenage girls who are starving themselves just because they want to fit in that size 0 bathing suit. She's not fat though, but she should be. She's in the middle, most of it baby fat. But some of it isn't. She's not going to get bad acne, she's been given the gift of no acne actually. Her face is zit free. Her secret?
